Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hsb-Automation 110-SSS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hubner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hubner-Berlin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iai product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hubner such as the TDP02LT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GTR916L manufactured by Hubner-Berlin and we are pleased to be able to service most Hubner-Berlin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IFS604003L by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iai Brand PCONC56PIPN20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hypertherm such as 228208 equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 228189 by Hypertherm and 228208 spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCP2SA5IPM650p1R10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai.
